Have you ever thought of trying a martial art? If so then this is the ideal opportunity.
This specially designed 6 week course will start by explaining what Aikido is and how it differs from other martial arts that you may know.
Over the weeks you will be carefully guided through how to breakfall properly and the basic body movements that are unique to Aikido. Aikido is a martial art involving a wide range of techniques that can be used to throw or immobilise an opponent and it helps the to develop fitness, confidence, improve balance and movement.
